Called to ask about cutting a plate glass mirror, was told to bring it right in. He cut the mirror in about 2 minutes and waived his hand and said come back if you ever need anything. I will! I have never had a better customer experience.

I had an inoperable window frame. The repairman (Riley) knew what it was right away and addressed the problem in about two minutes. He also fixed another frame that hadn't worked for about 15 years in another two minutes. He didn't charge us either! If/when I need a substantial repair or replacement windows I'll be calling Ingraham.
